Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a client management role
- Comfortable making outbound calls via digital communication tools over extended periods of time
- Effective communication in English, with an added advantage of speaking, reading, and writing in Bahasa Malaysia
- Data-sensitive and sales-mined
- Experience with online business tools such as Google applications and Salesforce
- Excellent communicator with a consultative-sale approach
- Strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient, and a team player
