Senior Manager, Growth Strategy – Quick Commerce

As the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Strategy to own the economic engine behind Quick Commerce user growth across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will define incentive strategies, set scalable standards, and work closely with Pricing, Commercial, and Subscription teams to unlock growth without compromising unit economics.

Requirements

• Own QC Growth performance across markets, accountable for QC MAU % and QC Trials
• Monitor weekly economic performance and identify cost or incentive inefficiencies
• Define and enforce incentive standards across QC to ensure scalable, sustainable growth
• Partner with local growth and commercial teams on incentive strategy and execution
• Establish “golden rules” for incentives in collaboration with cross functional teams
• Lead cross functional initiatives with a strong focus on unit economics
• Produce clear, decision-ready performance reporting and economic narratives for senior leadership
• Run deep dive analyses on major growth or cost deviations
