As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you will work with international clients to design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze solutions. You will be responsible for building campaigns, customer journeys, and landing pages that deliver personalized and relevant customer experiences.
Requirements
- Between one and three years of hands-on experience with configuring marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze)
- Passionate about marketing and customer engagement, and understanding how to translate marketing goals into solutions that improve metrics such as conversion, retention, or customer satisfaction
- Experience with project coordination, managing own work, supporting others in the team, and keeping project tasks on track
- Comfortable with HTML for email, basic enhancements of AMPscript or Liquid, and collaborating closely with technical colleagues
- Effective collaboration with both business stakeholders and technical teams, and explaining complex concepts in clear and practical terms
