We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in Business and Finance functions, including FP&A, Project planning, Change Delivery, and Budgeting in Global Banks. The role involves managing budgeting and monthly forecasts planning process, performing variance analysis, and providing financial analysis to senior management.
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in Business and Finance functions like FP&A, Project planning, Change Delivery and Budgeting in Global Banks
- Qualification – CA or MBA
- Commercial business knowledge that includes a solid understanding of the strategic objectives of the Global Businesses and Group
- Execution orientated: proactive escalation of issues whilst maintaining a solution-focused mindset and flexible approach
- Project management methodologies like Waterfall and Agile would be preferred
- Experience in Power BI and Alteryx will be viewed favorably
- Clear and Concise written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of management including non-technical stakeholders
- Can work effectively independently and a part of the team
- Agile, change mindset, dynamic and inquisitive / curious approach to work
