We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programmes spanning multiple workstreams, vendors, and markets. You will act as the central leader responsible for programme governance, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in programme management, PMO leadership, or transformation delivery
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale digital programmes in Financial Services
- Proven track record leading multi-year transformation programmes
- Experience working in consulting environments delivering to enterprise clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-workstream delivery models
- Strong stakeholder management experience at senior executive level
- Experience delivering programmes across multiple Southeast Asian markets
