We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Deloitte Digital team in Athens. As a Customer Experience Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will support end-to-end engagements with leading organizations, from approach and solution shaping to delivery and project coordination.
Requirements
- Approximately 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, CX or CRM projects, digital transformation, marketing & communications or customer operations
- Exposure to regulated or operationally complex sectors such as banking, insurance, or energy is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative inputs
- Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to structure clear presentations and simple models
- Familiarity with collaboration and AI-enabled tools, with a willingness to use them to enhance productivity
- Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with comfort working across both business and project teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
