We are seeking a Consultant to join the Customer & Commercial Strategy team in Milan, working in a hybrid mode, responsible for digital strategy definition, roadmapping, cost case, and intervention identification for digital transformation.
Requirements
- 3/4 years of experience in a Solution Expert / Solution Architect / Tech Specialist role
- Experience in projects aimed at implementing Voice of Customer platforms
- Knowledge of VOC platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia)
- Knowledge of canonical processes that compose the customer experience collection framework
- Analytical acumen in the interpretation of collected results
