We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join our Customer Analytics team in Milan, working in a hybrid mode. The Customer Analytics team at Deloitte Digital supports our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also with the support of new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related STEM field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, etc.;
- More than 4-5 years of experience in data science and network analysis, including the development of AI/ML algorithms and data analysis in major data modes from NLP, time series analysis, computer vision, to graph models;
- More than 4-5 years of experience in primary programming languages and data science packages (Python, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, XGBoost, lgbm, etc;
- Experience working with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and multimodal models;
- Ability to implement AI models in real applications using ML pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure);
- Solid understanding of probabilistic modeling, unsupervised learning, and model interpretability techniques;
- Practical experience with vector databases, augmented reality from recovery (RAG), and prompt engineering.;
- Familiarity with MLOps practices for scalable deployment and monitoring of models;
