Requirements
- Maintains and grows revenue base through upsells, account retention, and improving financial gains at renewal
- Strategically and proactively manages portfolio of high-value and complex accounts
- Designs sophisticated renewal strategies and rate recommendations
- Applies analytical skills and independently leads deal tactics
- Creates effective presentations and conducts impactful business reviews
- Acts as the primary point of contact and liaises between the customer and internal teams
- Resolves customer concerns timely and brings creative solutions to bear
