Role Overview

Lead the technical roadmap for ML and GenAI capabilities powering the next-generation retail and analytics platform, set technical standards, and mentor a distributed team of data scientists.

What You Will Do

Own the technical roadmap, architect and lead development of GenAI-powered agents, set technical standards, mentor and grow a team, partner with product and engineering leadership, and present model performance and technical roadmap to executive leadership.

7+ years of experience in data science or applied ML, proven track record shipping production ML models at scale, experience designing and shipping models for retail/CPG use cases, and strong communication skills.

• Proven track record shipping production ML models at scale
• Experience designing, building, and shipping models for price elasticity, demand forecasting, promotion effectiveness, and similar retail/CPG use cases
• Strong communication skills
