Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Strong written communication skills — you can write outreach emails that get replies, not ones that get deleted
- Ability to research prospects and tailor messaging based on their business, role, and pain points
- Technically capable — comfortable learning and working with CRMs, dialers, email outreach platforms, and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and competitive — you want to hit targets and earn uncapped bonuses
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls
