  • Own Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
  • Ensure platform stability, scalability, and data quality

GTM & Customer Workflow Execution

  • Implement and optimize workflows across: Lead → Account → Opportunity (Sales Cloud)
  • Case intake, routing, escalation, and resolution (Service Cloud)
  • Improve handoffs between Sales, RevOps, and CX teams
  • Support pricing, approvals, and commercial workflows

Automation, Integrations & Technical Enablement

  • Build automation to eliminate manual work for Sales and Service teams
  • Support and maintain integrations with: Contract / e-signature tools
  • BI and reporting platforms
  • Other GTM or operational systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues end to end
  • Partner with developers or build lightweight Apex/LWC when needed

Operational & Cross-Functional Support

  • Act as a technical partner to RevOps, Sales, and CX
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Support releases, testing, deployments, and documentation
  • Ensure governance while maintaining execution speed

  • You have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • You have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud AND Service Cloud
  • You have strong expertise in Flow automation
  • You are highly tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills

  • You are able to balance speed, scalability, and governance
  • You are a strong communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders

It Would Be Fantastic If
