Director, Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Growth Director, focusing on driving growth across our Technology and Marketing service lines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience (or equivalent)
• Experience selling agency services across a range of industries and verticals, specifically in digital transformation and e-commerce
• Understanding of branding, creative, media, ecommerce, & engineering
• Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop solutions that address client needs
• Able to partner with clients to understand their growth needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
• Experienced in building relationships with C-suite executives (CTOs, CMOs, and CIOs) and business decision-makers
• A self-starter attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions
