We are looking for a Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst to create complex financial models, provide financial insights, and drive strategic decisions. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, and at least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models and projections
- Assist in annual budget preparation and conduct monthly/quarterly variance analysis
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership
- Develop, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes and systems
- Partner with departments across the company to gather data and provide financial insights
- Identify potential financial risks and recommend strategies to minimize them
- Run reports for month end and year-to-date as needed
- Assist in quarterly audits
