The Individual Insurance Data Use Department uses quantitative tools and methods to collect, consolidate, model, visualize and interpret business data to provide decision-making support. The role assists clients on analytics development initiatives using data and designing reports tailored to business needs.
Requirements
- Help clients define their needs to ensure that the initiative or project meets the actual needs of users
- Participate in prioritizing mandates by assessing the impact on members, clients and the organization
- Build and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using database management systems
- Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management
