Role Overview
Lead sales teams with data and strategy, empowering supervisors and converting data into decisions that impact conversion, average ticket, and profitability. Reports to the Telesales Manager and has a direct impact on the commercial results of the B2B2C Call Center for Tourism.
What You Will Do
Design and implement commercial strategic actions, accompany and guide sales leads, identify tools and cross-area opportunities, and analyze reports and KPIs to make decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales areas, preferably in telesales channels
- Advanced English
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets management
- Results-driven management: OKRs and KPIs
- Commercial and operational planning
- Knowledge of white label models and telesales channels
- Commercial process optimization
- Analysis and interpretation of management indicators
