Devsu is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales Team. The SDR will play a crucial role in our sales process by initiating contact with potential clients, creating a positive first impression for the Devsu brand, and identifying qualified leads.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Experience with outbound prospecting (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound outreach
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Ability to follow structured playbooks consistently
