Design and manage talent development and succession strategies through learning programs, employee development, and retention to ensure availability of top talent supporting organizational growth in accordance with company needs and strategic direction.
Requirements
- Direct and ensure alignment of annual Talent Review Mapping (TRM) processes.
- Conduct analysis of competence development needs (knowledge, skills, attitude) for talent.
- Design employee development programs to prepare and enhance employee competencies in line with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with HRBP team and relevant users to map short-term, medium-term, and long-term succession plans, including their development plans.
- Evaluate and measure the success of talent development and succession programs.
- Manage the implementation of employee development needs.
