- 3+ years of experience across Digital & Social Media Marketing and Communications
- Tech-savvy and growth-oriented, embracing tools like GA4, Workday, and social media platforms
- Strong blend of analytical and creative skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Project management experience
