Role Overview

The Head of Marketing Data, APAC operates at the heart of the region’s data ecosystem, clarifying regional data needs and availability, sourcing required data, and deploying global intelligence products into markets.

What You Will Do

Serve as regional marketing data expert, articulate regional data needs, deploy global data products, and deploy predictive audience segments and experimentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience with proven track record deploying data models and programs that drive measurable business impact
• Familiarity with causal inference, incrementality testing and modern measurement approaches
• Experience with large-scale consumer datasets, CDPs and martech ecosystems
• Strong understanding of 1PD acquisition, media, retail; additional understanding of category and consumer planning insights are an advantage
• Proven ability to navigate a matrix organization successfully, with strong interpersonal, influencing and collaboration skills that deliver results
