Japan FP&A Senior Operations Lead

Diageo is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead the Performance management agenda and drive peer group leading performance. The role involves developing a robust annual plan, managing cash flow and extended working capital requirements, and leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business.
• Proven experience(12 + years) management in financial accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis is required.
• Experience working in Supply Chain/Operations well preferred.
• Fluency in English and Japanese language required.
• Commercial Acumen: Understand the whole business operation in detail and can see connections across departments to see the big picture.
