We are looking for a Demand Generation Lead to own the full-funnel demand engine that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue-generating pipeline for our developer-first and enterprise audiences.
Requirements
- 5 – 10+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, workflows, or AI infrastructure.
- Proven track record of building and scaling demand programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact (not just vanity metrics).
- Hands-on expertise with performance marketing (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads a must), ABM, event marketing, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and BI tools.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
- Builder mentality — comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in a fast-paced, remote startup.
- Experience working in a dynamic international environment with employees and customers spread throughout the globe.
- Genuine passion for developer marketing and open-source-adjacent ecosystems is a big plus.
