Dialectica is a B2B information services firm seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support the build-out of its go-to-market engine. This role focuses on maintaining and evolving HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean data and reliable reporting, and supporting data quality across sales and account management systems. The Analyst will be part of a growing Revenue Operations team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CRM administrator, ideally in a B2B or GTM-focused environment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Strong data cleaning, structuring, and analysis skills
- Comfortable doing detailed execution work
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-moving role
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (like Power BI) is a plus
