Growth Operations Analyst – Logistics Marketplace

We are looking for a Growth Operations Analyst – Logistics Marketplace to keep the logistics marketplace healthy and balanced every single day. As a key member of our team, you will work hands-on with incentives, operational levers, and real-time performance signals to manage supply hours, driver availability, and marketplace efficiency. You will translate strategy into concrete actions for drivers, monitoring demand and supply, executing driver incentive programs, and making adjustments based on real-time performance and operational feedback.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in marketplace ops, growth ops, driver ops, or operations-heavy roles.
• Strong execution mindset with comfort working in high-frequency, data-driven environments.
• Ability to act quickly based on performance signals and operational constraints.
• Solid analytical skills to evaluate incentive effectiveness and marketplace balance.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with Ops, Marketplace, and Growth teams.
• Strong curiosity to build a new vertical from scratch.
• Ability to connect strategy, data, and execution.
• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
