Field Marketing Associate

The Field Marketing Associate is responsible for holistic sales growth across all channels & brand awareness within Dig Inn’s emerging markets. This role will drive long term business success through events, partnerships, fundraisers, guest touch points and much more in order to make Dig Inn a well known household name within the markets we operate in.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience (field marketing, events, sales, etc.)
  • Proven project management and communication skills.
  • Strong ownership and pride in your work – you aim for impact and you have a passion for results.
  • The ability to work at a strategic level, but you’re equally as happy getting your hands dirty.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Amazing interpersonal, client-facing communication skills that you love to show off on a daily basis.
  • Never-say-die attitude to finding the right person, establishing the right connection, attending the right event, etc.
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at a given time.
  • A desire to never stop learning – both personally and professionally.
  • Curiosity about the world, food, and people
