Product Operations Manager

As a Product Operations Manager at DigiCert, you will drive large cross-functional initiatives and operational excellence within our Product organization, reporting to the VP of Product Strategy & Operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced High Tech PM or Eng organizations
• Strong blend of technical and business skills
• Problem Solving and Analytics: decomposing and structuring complex problems/programs into solid execution plans, analyzing and synthesizing complex data into insights to inform decision-making
• Collaboration: exceptional collaborator that builds consensus and drives alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Customer Obsession: customer-obsessed, with a growth mindset and a servant leadership mindset
• Strong cross-functional knowledge spanning sales, marketing, support, customer success, and commercial teams
