KONE Technology and Innovation (KTI) is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to manage and support remote monitoring applications and devices hosted on Microsoft Azure across multiple geographical regions.

Requirements

Manage and operate Azure-hosted, containerized applications and infrastructure supporting remote monitoring solutions.
Act as an Azure Subject Matter Expert, ensuring high availability, performance, security, scalability, and cost optimization of cloud environments.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, release, and deployment of Java-based applications.
Operate and support Kubernetes workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or equivalent container orchestration platforms.
Apply DevOps best practices, including environment management, release orchestration, and infrastructure as code.

Perform hands-on work with MS SQL Server, Azure SQL, and other Azure data services, including complex queries, performance tuning, data analysis, and reporting.
Support highly available, distributed, and containerized systems with strong end-to-end operational ownership.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to reduce manual operational tasks and improve system reliability.

Monitor application and infrastructure health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and alerting tools.
Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
