Your tasks :
As a key member of the Revenue team, you will own and scale Sales Operations across three core pillars: Sales Processes, Sales Intelligence, and Sales Incentives. Your mission is to improve productivity, performance, and visibility across the global Sales organization.
Sales Processes :
- Contribute to the Go-To-Market strategy: segmentation by customer size or vertical, and definition of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale)
- Define and formalize sales processes across the funnel (e.g., BANT qualification, pipeline stages, territory planning)
- Own process documentation and ensure everything is correctly implemented and automated in HubSpot
- Design workflows and tools that support daily sales activity: Lusha for contact details, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach, seamless CRM integration
- Ensure Sales Reps have clear, structured steps and resources to operate efficiently
Sales Intelligence:
- Define, track, and analyze key sales KPIs: pipeline coverage, win rates, cycle time, rep productivity
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to drive actionable insights
- Support weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting processes with up-to-date data
- Compare and analyze key ratios, such as average deal size from outbound prospecting vs. marketing-generated leads
- Work cross-functionally with Finance and Marketing to align on growth metrics
Sales Incentives :
- Own the monthly calculation of sales incentives and commissions
- Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure plans are aligned with business goals and individual targets
- Develop tools and reporting for transparency and performance tracking
- Run simulations and scenario planning to support future incentive designs
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of payouts to build trust and motivation
Your profile:
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot) and reporting platforms (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience in sales process optimization and incentive plan design
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluent in English (French or other languages are a plus)
