Role Overview

As a key member of the Product Management team, the Product Operations Manager will be responsible for bridging product innovation with operational execution. This role owns the process of preparing new features for internal consumption—coordinating Engineering, Product, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across operations, training, and support functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in product operations, product or customer support, program management or equivalent role
  • Experience with travel industry systems and technologies
  • Collaborative working style demonstrated by partnering with cross functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
