We are seeking a highly-experienced Director of B2B Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence and fuel growth across our entire go-to-market ecosystem. As the strategic & tactical right-hand to our sales, marketing, and customer success leaders, you will design and implement the systems, processes, and insights that power pipeline generation, new business acquisition, customer retention, and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the end-to-end revenue operations strategy, aligning across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver predictable growth.
- Build and optimize scalable processes for lead lifecycle management, forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, sales enablement, and customer journey mapping.
- Drive the GTM systems roadmap—owning integrations, tooling, automation, and data integrity across our tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, LeanData).
- Establish strong business intelligence foundations using dashboards and KPI reporting to enable real-time insights and continuous performance improvement.
- Partner with functional leaders to develop and operationalize GTM playbooks, ensuring teams are accountable to metrics and best practices.
- Lead and grow a high-performing RevOps team with a culture of ownership, curiosity, and impact.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy leadership roles—ideally at a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset combined with strong business acumen and systems thinking.
- Hands-on expertise with top GTM tools and proven ability to architect well-integrated tech stacks that enable scale.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organization skills.
- Track record of building high-velocity teams and mentoring talent.
