Director, Global Business Messaging – Enterprise Sales & GTM

The Global Marketing Platform team is hiring a Director of Global Business Messaging to focus on our Marketing Partner business across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. We work with technology partners across advertising, automation, and AI to enable our business messaging ambitions. We’re looking for an experienced executive to define and execute our global partnerships strategy and drive measurable results through our ecosystem.

This leader will have deep expertise in growth and monetization through technology partners and a strong understanding of business messaging. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist product teams in developing compelling solutions for our partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global growth strategy for Business Messaging marketing partnerships, working with cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable go-to-market strategies with global and regional marketing teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics to define partner value and refine product solutions.
• Partner with policy, legal, and compliance teams to maintain regulatory excellence.
• Represent Meta in partner and industry forums.

Minimum Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in partner-facing roles for business messaging and/or enterprise partnerships.
• Experience managing teams and driving results.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience growing or managing partner ecosystems in SaaS, Ads, or Messaging.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing solutions.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
