Director of Business Development

Embark Behavioral Health is hiring a Business Development Representative to build referral relationships with hospitals, schools, and mental health providers to support enrollment for our Scottsdale program and virtual services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 2-3 years in business development or sales in the Behavioral or Mental Health industry, or related
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and remain poised under pressure
• Proven track record of success and ability to drive measurable outcomes
• Ability to build trust and foster mutually beneficial relationships
