Director of Financial Operations

RiverMead is seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Financial Operations to support organizational excellence and innovation, reporting directly to the CFO/COO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required), Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis or a similar role (preferred)
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or non-profit organizations (preferred)
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or similar credential (preferred)
