Director of Group Sales will work with the Group Sales Team in establishing and implementing market territory action plans, responsible for revenue by achieving room night and group catering goals and assisting in the development and management of the sales team.
Requirements
- Organize and supervise department activities
- Direct sales team to develop and refine their skills
- Develops target lists and action plans for team’s account solicitation
- Supportive Functions: Forecasts realistic group pick-up utilizing recent convention history and other information
