About the Role:

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize our revenue-generating processes and systems. This individual will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making, performance analysis, and operational efficiency across the sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Oversee and optimize the lead-to-cash process, including CRM management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Align and integrate processes across sales, marketing, and customer success functions
  • Own revenue performance analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and insights
  • Identify and implement tools and automation to drive efficiency and scale
  • Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and BI tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
