Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Revenue Operations function including sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success operations
- Partner with GTM leadership to develop and execute forecasting, pipeline generation, and performance dashboards
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee the end-to-end management of our CRM and GTM systems
- Lead strategic planning processes and annual planning cycles
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields
- Proven experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working in SaaS or a high-growth environment
