Director of Revenue Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Revenue Operations function including sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success operations
  • Partner with GTM leadership to develop and execute forecasting, pipeline generation, and performance dashboards
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of our CRM and GTM systems
  • Lead strategic planning processes and annual planning cycles

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields
  • Proven experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience working in SaaS or a high-growth environment
