Director of Revenue Operations

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Operations to drive alignment across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing our revenue-generating processes, managing the revenue tech stack, and providing actionable insights through data analysis. With a strong foundation in analytics, systems management, and cross-functional collaboration, the Director of Revenue Operations will play a crucial role in scaling our go-to-market strategies and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to support overall business goals
  • Lead the optimization and integration of the GTM tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer success platforms
  • Analyze data from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making
  • Standardize and optimize processes across the entire revenue funnel for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define KPIs and build dashboards that track revenue performance and pipeline health
  • Own forecasting processes and develop models to predict revenue trends and opportunities
  • Implement data governance and ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency across systems
  • Support change management and training to ensure successful adoption of systems and processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and other GTM platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus
  • Process-oriented with a passion for efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement
