We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Operations to drive alignment across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing our revenue-generating processes, managing the revenue tech stack, and providing actionable insights through data analysis. With a strong foundation in analytics, systems management, and cross-functional collaboration, the Director of Revenue Operations will play a crucial role in scaling our go-to-market strategies and achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to support overall business goals
- Lead the optimization and integration of the GTM tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer success platforms
- Analyze data from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making
- Standardize and optimize processes across the entire revenue funnel for efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define KPIs and build dashboards that track revenue performance and pipeline health
- Own forecasting processes and develop models to predict revenue trends and opportunities
- Implement data governance and ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency across systems
- Support change management and training to ensure successful adoption of systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of managing and scaling revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and other GTM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus
- Process-oriented with a passion for efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement
