As a Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead and optimize our revenue processes, working closely with cross-functional teams. Your role will be pivotal in enabling DealHub’s continued growth.
- Own end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy and execution
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive alignment
- Implement systems and processes that streamline the lead-to-cash cycle
- Develop dashboards and reporting to track performance metrics
- Manage tech stack including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and analytics tools
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related field
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of sales and marketing processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
