DealHub is a hyper-growth, B2B SaaS company that helps fast-paced organizations scale their Revenue Operations. Our platform empowers sales teams across the globe to close deals faster.

As a Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead and optimize our revenue processes, working closely with cross-functional teams. Your role will be pivotal in enabling DealHub’s continued growth.

  • Own end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy and execution
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive alignment
  • Implement systems and processes that streamline the lead-to-cash cycle
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to track performance metrics
  • Manage tech stack including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and analytics tools

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of sales and marketing processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
