We are looking for a Sales Operations leader to drive operational excellence and efficiency across the Sales organization. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to create, support and execute the go-to-market strategy. This role requires both a strategic and tactical view, with a passion to drive sales productivity, revenue growth and process scale across systems/tools, process management, data integrity, forecasting, territory and performance management, pipeline management, compensation, and strategic planning.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, in partnership with Sales leadership, day-to-day operations of our Sales Go-To-Market teams; including reporting, analytics and insights, processes and enablement. Includes end-to-end SFDC ownership of all sales team functionality and pipeline reporting (working with RevOps Team).
- Optimize GTM/Sales initiatives, including goal setting/tracking, process playbooks, team assignments, enablement, and tech stack effectiveness.
- Drive partnership with Marketing to identify opportunities to drive pipeline activity across lead management and lead flow process, attribution tracking, pipeline velocity across teams and across customer segments.
- Partner with Finance team on analysis for business investments and areas of expansion opportunity, determine targets for team quota setting and compensation.
- Drive strategic planning including headcount, territory segmentation, quota setting, systems & process, and go-to-market motions across target markets.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to establish infrastructure, training and insights needed to increase productivity and achieve team goals (dashboards and reporting, content creation, talk tracks, etc.).
- Continuously assess and identify areas for improvement in our GTM operating rhythm and processes for scale: including an opportunity for Uplevel GTM review cycle and rhythm at the executive and board level planning cycles (QBR, etc.)
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations, ideally in Finance Technology or Tech Industry broadly.
- Managerial experience with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing.
- BA or BS degree required.
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with execution.
- Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
