We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead strategic initiatives that drive sales performance and operational excellence. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our sales processes, analyze performance metrics, and implement tools and solutions that support our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement forecasting models, territory planning, and quota allocation strategies.
- Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and support go-to-market strategies.
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to improve productivity and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and supporting sales growth.
