Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize the Sales Operations function to ensure sales teams are well-equipped, informed, and achieving targets.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and ensure pipeline accuracy.
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in sales operations or related position required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology environment preferred.
