Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the Sales Operations function to ensure sales teams are well-equipped, informed, and achieving targets.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and ensure pipeline accuracy.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in sales operations or related position required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce and BI tools.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology environment preferred.
