Director of Sales, Service Pros

We are seeking a Director of Sales – Service Pros to join our growing vertical for service professionals such as contractors, home improvement specialists, painters, movers, and general contractors. The role will report directly to Chief Growth Officer and is a full-time, remote role.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful full-cycle, consultative sales experience in the Service Professional, Home Improvement, or Home Lending industries
  • 1-3 years managing a sales team
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales goals and driving results in competitive environments
  • Experience selling new products into established industries with demonstrated ability to navigate market challenges
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal Sales and Product teams, incorporating customer feedback into product iteration
  • High emotional intelligence with proven ability to influence and win over stakeholders
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Analytical approach leveraging CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) to extract insights and inform go-to-market strategy
  • Experience with pipeline building and prospecting in B2B sales environments
