We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations to lead our GTM strategy and execution. This role is critical to ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success to drive predictable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end revenue operations strategies.
- Develop and manage KPIs and dashboards aligned with operational goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and CRM optimization.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or a similar operational leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, Hubspot, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence GTM strategy.
