We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our growing team. You will be a crucial part of aligning cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing and sales databases
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, and relevant sales tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations role
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
