We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales Operations to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in scaling our sales efforts by refining our sales processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing operational efficiency across our go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales Operations team to support the global sales organization.
- Own sales forecasting, territory planning, quotas, and incentive design.
- Drive CRM optimization and pipeline management effectiveness.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align objectives and drive enablement initiatives.
- Generate strategic insights through data analysis, reporting, and actionable dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related GTM roles.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and sales tech stack.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and project management abilities.
