We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales Operations to support our rapidly scaling sales team. This role is pivotal in enabling sales excellence by driving strategy, optimizing operations, and leveraging data to support decision-making and execution.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive organizational goals.
- Build scalable sales processes and tools to empower the sales team.
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Work closely with leadership to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee implementation and management of CRM tools and other sales technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to align on GTM objectives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Sales Operations or similar role within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tech stack.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
