As the Director of Strategic Partnerships & GTM Strategy, you will unlock new revenue opportunities for DealHub by developing and executing our strategic alliances GTM initiatives across our ecosystem and partners. You will work with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to bring these partnerships to life. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, partner relationship management, cross-functional leadership, project management, and operational execution. The role reports to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Co-develop and implement DealHub’s GTM strategy and alignment with key partners and stakeholders.
- Source, negotiate, and execute impactful strategic partnerships to generate pipeline and revenue, including technology partners, integration partners, and other mutually beneficial alliances.
- Lead enablement, content, and go-to-market initiatives tailored to our partner ecosystem, including partner onboarding.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to align partner activities with revenue targets.
- Coordinate with product and engineering to influence product roadmap and ensure seamless integration with partners.
- Develop and execute joint marketing plans with partners to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships to maximize value creation and satisfaction.
- Design and implement GTM programs and playbooks to improve and scale onboarding, campaigns, and revenue acceleration efforts.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related function in the SaaS space.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional GTM initiatives to increase market share, expand new markets, and develop strong revenue-generating partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to interact effectively with executive leadership, partners, and internal teams.
- Capable of handling multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment; results-oriented team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience going ‘zero to one’ on initiatives — you proactively identify areas for improvement and drive solutions with minimal guidance.
- Strong organizational/project management skills and attention to detail with an ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work US hours (Central/Eastern) and communicate effectively in English.
