Director, Strategic Partnerships & GTM Strategy

We are looking for a visionary and highly driven Director of Strategic Partnerships & GTM Strategy to spearhead our partnership initiatives and enhance our go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic partnerships, business development, and GTM strategies, particularly within growth-stage organizations. You will play a vital role in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic relationships that drive business growth and create competitive advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners to build a robust ecosystem that supports business expansion.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partnership strategies into GTM plans.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure maximum value is delivered.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of partnership initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic insight into evolving market dynamics and their impact on partnerships and GTM strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, including sales, marketing, and product alignment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • US-based remote position; ability to work across time zones as needed.
