Directorbank are recruiting a Chief Customer / Revenue Officer for a rapidly growing and acquisitive IT/Comms MSP who are seeking an IT/UC MSP experienced sales-led exec to lead organic and acquisitive growth towards £100m in revenue. Our client offers a comprehensive range of fully managed services including IT services & support, cyber security, communications, connectivity and business mobile solutions.
Key elements of the role include:
- Devising and executing the go-to-market strategy;
- Business Development, including developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to identify and engage with potential new clients;
- Account Management, including customer retention, cross selling and upselling;
- Lowering customer churn to market leading levels, increasing customer satisfaction;
- Using data to understand the penetration of additional products/services across customers;
- Accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace;
- Taking accountability for sales governance and controls to create standardisation;
- Managing the sales team and ensure they are supported in delivering their personal targets;
- Fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration with sales and account management;
- Supporting any further M&A activity from a sales perspective;
Key requirements are as follows:
- CRO or Sales Director with deep knowledge of the IT/Comms Managed Services sector – ESSENTIAL;
- Strategic thinker who can demonstrate evolving a G2M strategy;
- Hired, trained and developed sales functions;
- Highly effective account management / development skills;
- Sold to SMBs;
- Significant experience of cross selling;
- Executor when required;
- Data driven;
- Inspirational figure with a can-do attitude
